Love Locks - They May Steal Your Heart
In the streets of Paris, France, lovers walk hand in hand. An eternal bond cannot be emphasized with wedding rings and vows alone. For the Parisian ‘amoureux’ an undying everlasting love is symbolised in the romantic love locks. These padlocks are chained to metal gates and marked with names or initials.
The concept of lovers chaining their hearts and spirits together brings to mind the idea behind the locket necklace. The locket captures a picture of your loved one and allows you to carry it around - Forever keeping them in and next to your heart.
